When should I book my wedding flowers?
We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance to secure your date and allow plenty of time for planning and design. That said, we’re always happy to accommodate last-minute weddings whenever possible, so don’t hesitate to reach out no matter where you are in the planning process. Fill out our inquiry form.
How does the consultation and planning process work?
Planning for wedding flowers usually begins with a consultation where the couple shares their vision, style, and budget. From there, your designer creates a proposal based on the consultation, seasonal blooms, and design preferences, outlining arrangements to fit the ceremony, reception, and personal flowers (like bouquets and boutonnieres). Once the designs are finalized, your designer handles ordering, prepping, and arranging the flowers. On the wedding day, we can deliver and set everything up, so it looks fresh and beautiful—or, if you prefer, you’re welcome to pick up your items yourself.
How much should I budget for wedding flowers?
Most couples spend about 10–15% of their overall wedding budget on flowers. Your total depends on the types of blooms, arrangement sizes, and overall style. View our pricing sheet.
Can I request specific flowers for my wedding?
Yes! We love working with special requests. Please note that flower availability depends on the season, but we’ll suggest beautiful alternatives if your chosen blooms aren’t available.
Do you offer wedding packages or custom designs?
While packages can be a great option for simplicity, we find that custom designs are perfect for couples who want a fully personalized floral vision so we have chosen to focus only on custom designs.
What’s included in your wedding floral services?
Our services often include bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, ceremony arrangements, centerpieces, and installation pieces (arches, backdrops, etc.). Everything is tailored to your needs.
Do you provide delivery and setup?
Yes, our team handles delivery, setup, and styling to make sure everything looks picture-perfect on your big day.
Can ceremony flowers be repurposed for the reception?

Can I see a sample of my flowers before the wedding?

Do you work with wedding planners and venues?
Yes! We coordinate closely with your planner and venue to ensure your flowers complement the overall design and logistics run smoothly.
What happens if a flower I requested is unavailable?
We’ll source the closest match in color, style, and texture to maintain your vision and will always communicate substitutions in advance if it will affect the overall look of your arrangements.
Do you handle cleanup after the wedding?
Not every wedding needs a tear-down service, but if you need this is a service we provide. To ensure all floral arrangements are carefully removed after your event, a tear-down fee of 30% of the total flower cost applies, with a minimum of $500. This helps us manage the safe and timely take-down of your beautiful designs.
Can I keep my flowers after the wedding?
Of course! Bouquets, centerpieces, and personal flowers are yours to take home. Many couples even choose to preserve their bouquet as a keepsake. All rented items must be returned per contract policy. View our wedding contract.
Do you rent items like arches, stands, or vases?
Yes, we have a selection of rental pieces available to complete your floral designs.
What if I’m not sure what style I want?
That’s completely normal! Bring us inspiration photos, Pinterest boards, or just a color palette—we’ll guide you in creating a beautiful, cohesive design.
How do payments work?
A deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 1 month before the wedding. We’ll provide a clear payment schedule when you book.

She then followed up with her ideas on which flowers/styles could help bring my vision to life. The flowers on the wedding day were gorgeous and were one of the highlights of the wedding.

They had to be silk because of the colors that were chosen and because we were transporting the flowers from Salem, Or. to Nampa ID. My daughter loved the flowers.
